ABOUT LBGH
The Louisiana Business Group on Health (LBGH) is a non-profit (501c6)association of employers concerned about rapidly rising health care costs and poor quality. The LBGH focuses on public policy and how changing policy can provide incentives to help employers offer health care coverage and employees to take coverage when offered (and cover their families too). Other public policy changes supported by LBGH include:
Greater transparency about health care cost, quality and outcomes
Report cards on physicians, hospitals and other health care providers
Greater attention to the safe provision of health care services minimizing avoidable accidents and complications
